Returns
If you wish to return products purchased from Sky Fencing Ltd, you must inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on bespoke products, custom-cut timber, special-order items, or clearance stock.
A handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged. Customers may return items directly to our Wickford yard. Alternatively, Sky Fencing Ltd can arrange collection, for which a delivery charge will apply based on your location.
All returned items must be inspected upon delivery, and the condition confirmed by signature.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery by calling or emailing our customer service team. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
At Sky Fencing Ltd, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can manage our schedule efficiently and fairly, we ask that any order cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
