Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may happen, and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or
  • Notify you that we have cancelled your order

Sky Fencing will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion

Goods can be returned by yourself, however if you wish for Sky Fencing to collect these items then a delivery charge will also be applied

We are unable to accept returns on bespoke, seconds or sale items

Goods purchased at a pack rate cannot be returned unless the complete pack is returned

Delivery

All deliveries are to be checked by the customer. Any shortages or damage once delivered will solely be the customers responsibility. Delivery will be to the nearest point only. We are unable to walk items through or around the property. Once the goods have been delivered to the property, ownership and liability will be transferred to the customer

We cannot specify an exact time for delivery, however you will be given an approximate time

Installation

When any relevant drawings or written notification are not made available prior to installation works, the seller is not responsible for damage to underground cable or pipe networks.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Sky Fencing of any pipes or cables on the fencing line before work begins since we cannot be held liable for running through any pipes or cables that are less than 18 inches below ground level without warning

The customer is still in charge of setting the fence’s height and boundary.

General

Timber is a natural material which can absorb and release moisture. Our products are designed to minimise this effect but under some circumstances some movement or distortion is unavoidable

Sky Fencing is not responsible for any concrete that is damaged once it has left our premises either by mishandling or by extreme weather elements

All materials remain the property of Sky Fencing whether they are supplied only or supplied and installed until payment is received in full

Although we make every effort to keep our website free of viruses and other faults, we cannot guarantee that accessing our website or any other website that is accessible through it won’t harm your computer. You are in charge of making sure that electronic viruses or other bugs are kept out of your computer and any associated peripherals. We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or harm that might occur to your computer equipment as a result of using our website.

Inevitable Events

The seller is not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations to the buyer that is due to an act of God, a riot or other civil unrest, a strike or lockout, a fire, a flood, a drought, an inability to obtain or a shortage of raw materials, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

The remaining elements of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable even if one or more of the conditions are ever found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any manner under the law. The laws of England shall govern, be followed in construction, and be applied to these terms and every contract entered in reliance upon them.
