Guarantee

All timbers are treated which guarantees the product you have purchased against failure caused by rot or insect attack for a maximum period of 10 years. Any timber failure as a direct result of rot or insect attack will be replaced free of charge under the following conditions:

• The timber must not have been misused or placed in abnormal conditions and must not have been used for an extraordinary purpose which was not drawn to the attention of the Company at the time of purchase.
• If timber is cut or drilled, it must be treated correctly and immediately.
• Timber sections in the ground should not be cut, drilled, notched or planed after Treatment.
• Any claim must be accompanied with evidence of proof of purchase

Timber to be treated on an annual basis with timber preservative

The guarantee only covers the cost of the product itself. It does not cover any associated costs, including but not limited to, removal of the defective product, disposal of the defective product, installation of the replacement product and the associated labour costs

Timber is a natural material which can absorb and release moisture. Our products are designed to minimise this effect but under some circumstances some movement or distortion is unavoidable

Sky Fencing is not responsible for any concrete that is damaged once it has left our premises either by mishandling or by extreme weather elements

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
