Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation. Within 1-2 business days, we will notify you via telephone, email, or text message with the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 5 days. However, during periods of increased demand, delivery times may be extended.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within a 75-mile radius from our yard located in Wickford, Essex, SS11 7PS.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are distance-based. The applicable fee will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, based on your delivery address.
Delivery Vehicles
Deliveries are made using our own fleet of 3.5-tonne dropside trucks.
Order Processing & Conditions
Deliveries are provided as a curbside drop-off service only. Items will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible curbside location. We cannot carry items through properties, gardens, or around obstacles. Ownership and liability transfer to you upon delivery.
All deliveries must be inspected upon delivery. You (or your representative) will be required to sign confirming that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted immediately at the time of delivery.
Heavy Items
For heavy items, we strongly recommend having someone available at the delivery location to assist with unloading. This helps ensure a safe and efficient delivery process.
Delivery Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or unexpected vehicle issues. We strongly advise against scheduling tradespeople, contractors, or construction work until you have safely received your delivery. Sky Fencing Ltd will not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries.
Refusal of Delivery
In the event of delivery refusal, a restocking and administration fee of 20% will be applied.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made via telephone or email up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
Product Care
Timber is a natural material that can absorb and release moisture. Our products are designed to minimise this effect, but under certain circumstances, movement or distortion is unavoidable. Sky Fencing Ltd is not responsible for concrete or timber products damaged after leaving our premises, whether due to mishandling or exposure to extreme weather.
Ownership
All materials remain the property of Sky Fencing Ltd, whether they are supplied only or supplied and installed, until payment is received in full.
