B. Overview of Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale and supply of fencing, landscaping materials, garden products and associated services by The Company to The Customer.
Any order placed forms a legally binding contract of sale.
1. Retention of Title / Ownership
1.1 Ownership of goods remains with The Company until full payment has been received.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to recover goods where payment has not been made.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices are shown in (£) Pounds Sterling and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Website pricing shall take precedence over any printed material.
2.3 Delivery is available only within selected areas.
2.4 Delivery dates requested are not guaranteed.
2.5 Prices cannot be amended once an order has been processed.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of order.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to carry out fraud prevention checks.
3.3 Proof of identity may be required.
4. Delivery
4.1 General
4.1.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.1.2 Deliveries are typically made between 6:30am and 7:00pm.
4.2 Delivery Method
4.2.1 All deliveries are kerbside only.
4.2.2 Drivers cannot enter properties or carry goods beyond the delivery point.
4.3 Split Deliveries
4.3.1 Orders may be delivered in multiple consignments where necessary.
4.4 Customer Responsibilities
4.4.1 Customers must ensure safe access and suitable unloading conditions.
4.5 Failed Deliveries
4.5.1 A charge of 20% of the order value or £50 (whichever is higher) may apply for failed deliveries, capped at 100% of the order value.
4.6 Proof of Delivery
4.6.1 Signed delivery notes, photographs and tracking data may be used as proof of delivery.
4.6.2 The Company may take delivery photographs.
4.7 Delays
4.7.1 The Company is not liable for delays caused by events outside its control.

5. Inspection, Shortages & Damages
5.1 Goods must be inspected upon delivery.
5.2 Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
6. Returns & Cancellations
6.1 Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery.
6.2 Late cancellations may incur a 10% fee.
6.3 Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

7. Product Characteristics
7.1 Timber and concrete products may vary in colour, grain and texture.
7.2 These variations are natural and not defects.
8. Measurements & Suitability
8.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring measurements are correct.
9. Installation & Use
9.1 The Company is not liable for incorrect installation or misuse.
10. Liability
10.1 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10.2 Customers should not book tradespeople until goods are delivered.
11. Complaints
11.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing with full order details.
12. Privacy
12.1 Customer data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Product images are for illustration purposes only.
13.2 Timber may warp, split or twist naturally.
14. Collection
14.1 Customers must wait for a “Ready for Collection” notification.
15. Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

From time to time, Sky Fencing Ltd may offer promotions, discounts or free products. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
