Orders placed before 1PM are generally processed the same working day where stock is available. Orders placed after 1PM will normally be processed on the following working day.

Next Day Delivery applies to qualifying products only. Larger machinery, palletised products and specialist equipment may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times vary depending on the type and size of machinery ordered.

Machinery and standard equipment: qualifying in-stock products ordered before 1PM are usually available for Next Working Day Delivery.

Parts and accessories: typically delivered within approximately 1–3 working days.

Ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers and larger machinery: usually delivered within approximately 2–5 working days using a pallet network or specialist transport.

Deliveries normally take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery estimates may occasionally be extended during peak periods, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracked Garden Machinery Delivery

Most standard garden machinery orders are dispatched using a fully tracked delivery service.

Larger and heavier products may instead be delivered using a pallet network or specialist transport. Tracking or delivery information will be provided once the order has been dispatched where available.

Delivery of Larger Machinery

Ride-on mowers and other larger machines may be delivered boxed or palletised to protect them during transport.

Delivery is made to the nearest suitable accessible point at the property. Customers ordering large machinery should ensure suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle.

Some machinery may require light assembly or setup after delivery.

Signature Required for Garden Machinery Deliveries

Garden machinery deliveries require someone to be available to receive the goods.

Customers should check the condition of the packaging and machinery when the delivery arrives and report any visible damage as soon as possible.
