Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation. Within 1–2 business days, we will contact you by phone, email or text to confirm your scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver within 1–5 days. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended.

Machinery Delivery
All machinery orders qualify for Free Next Day Delivery (before 1 PM).
Delivery Vehicles
All deliveries are made using our fleet of 3.5-tonne dropside trucks.
Delivery Method
We provide kerbside delivery only to the nearest safe and accessible point. We cannot carry items through homes, gardens or around obstacles. Ownership and responsibility pass to you upon delivery.
Inspection on Delivery
You or your representative must be present to sign for the goods. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Heavy Items
Please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading heavy items for a safe and efficient delivery.
Delivery Disclaimer
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (weather, traffic or vehicle issues). Please do not schedule tradespeople or contractors until your order has been delivered. Sky Fencing Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays.
Refusal of Delivery
Refusing a delivery will result in a 20% restocking and administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery incur no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Product Care
Timber is a natural material and may expand, contract or move with changes in moisture. Sky Fencing Ltd is not responsible for timber or concrete products damaged after delivery due to handling or weather exposure.
Ownership
All materials remain the property of Sky Fencing Ltd until payment has been received in full.
